1 Peter 3: 7-8 AMP
“Finally, all of you, have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind.”
In this passage Peter is writing to Christians. These are not qualities that you will see in most world systems. Peter is not asking for weak people, on the contrary, in this world to be humble is hard to do because the world runs over such people. So to be humble and steadfast to your faith and beliefs is no easy task. Peter is asking for the believers to have unity of thought, sympathy or empathy toward the family of God, and love for all brothers and sisters in the Lord, with all humility!
