“The Lord is With Me”
Hebrews 13: 5b-6 ESV
“…for he (the Lord) has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” So we can confidently say, “The Lord is my helper; I will not fear; what can man do to me?”

Jesus will never [under any circumstances] desert you [nor give you up nor leave you without support, nor will He in any degree leave you helpless]. Nor will He forsake or let you down or relax His hold on you”.  So we take comfort and be encouraged the Lord will fight our battles.
