Praise

Psalms 145: 1-3,8-9, 13-14 ESV
“I will exalt You (declare that You are greater than anything), my God the King; I will praise your name for ever and ever. Every day I will praise You and extol (to praise God as our sacred Father) Your name for ever and ever.  Great is the Lord and most worthy of praise; His greatness no one can fathom (how amazing our God is, is beyond comprehension).

The Lord is gracious and compassionate (deeply moved for those who are His), slow to anger and rich in love. The Lord is good to all; He has compassion on all He has made.

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion (God’s power) endures through all generations. The Lord is trustworthy (He is dependable) in all He promises and faithful in all He does. The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down.”

There is no one like our God. He is greater than anything or anyone. There is no one who compares to our God in the trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). His compassion and love are astounding. His patience is like no other.

God is not mad or upset with us, no, instead David said that God upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down or burdened. So, if you think God is not pleased, you are wrong, He is very pleased and very proud of us all for being one of His children.

This morning sing praises to His name. Lift up a shout of praise to our God for His marvelous works that He has done and will do in us.

Prayer:
Lord God, we lift Your name on high, You are worthy of all glory and honor and majesty. We glorify You Father for Your marvelous works that You have done for Your children. Thank You for loving us and keeping us and providing for our needs. Thank You for Your excellence! Having You as our Father gives us the desire to be better sons and daughters. In Your name most High God, Creator of all things we praise You, amen!
