Micah 5:2 NLT

“But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, are only a small village among all the people of Judah. Yet a ruler of Israel, whose origins are in the distant past, will come from you on my behalf.”

What’s amazing to me is all the prophecies in the old testament about the coming Messiah was available to the Jewish historians in the first century as well as to the scribes and Pharisees and they missed the fulfillment. These prophecies are and have always been available to the Jewish people,

The books of the prophets are in there bibles which contain the old testament and several other books. They do not have the new testament books, but at any time they could open up their bibles and see that Jesus is the Messiah yet, for the majority of the Jewish people they still refuse to believe. As my father would say, “It’s as plan as the nose on your face!” You just have to believe.
