Psalms 46:1 ESV
“God is our refuge and strength a very present help in trouble.”

When God rejected Israel, He told them that He was removing His name and His presence from the Temple and from Jerusalem because of their sin and insolence. After the Jews came back from exile of 70 years, God told Ezekiel that He (God) Himself would be there in Jerusalem.

 Ezekiel 48:35 NKJV
“…the name of the city (Jerusalem) from that day shall be: The Lord is There, (Jehovah Shammah)”

 We don’t have to wonder where God is at. Right now, right where we are, and whatever we are going through, God is there with us. If we are going through rough times or good times He is there and He has promised us to never to leave us or forsake us.  No matter what you and I are going through, God is There? (Jehovah Shammah)
