Happy Resurrection Sunday
1 Corinthians 15: 20 AMP

“But now [as things really are] Christ has in fact been raised from the dead, [and He became] the first fruits [that is, the first to be resurrected with an incorruptible, Immortal body, foreshadowing the resurrection] of those who have fallen asleep [in death].”

Why is the Resurrection so important? Without the Resurrection there is no basis for our faith in God. We believe that God can do anything, create life and He has the power over sin and death and He has the power to raise the dead, no other religion can say that about their god. Because of the Resurrection we have a hope that after this life we will be with our Savior forever. And because of the Resurrection everything that Jesus said is true and that he has concord over death, hell and the grave.

He HAS risen!!!
