Steadfastness

James 1:12 NIV

“Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.”

Don’t look at your whole life as a trial or a test. In fact, God wants you to live life to the full. He wants to be intimately involved in getting you the best that this life has to offer. If life does bring you trials, stay firmly grounded in God, He wants to be your rock and your rescuer. He wants to help you through this life with all its challenges and give you the victor’s crown. Blessed is the one who perseveres for the Lord will give them life and peace and life eternal.

Prayer:
Lord, You want the best for me and I thank you for loving me so much that You have given me everything that I need to live out this life. As I face tough times, lead me through, be my Protector, Guide and Shepherd. The glory, and the one who lifts me up when life has become unbeIn Your name, Lord Jesus, I pray, amen.
