Happy, Blessed Thanksgiving!

2 Samuel 6:14a ESV

“And David danced before the Lord with all his might…”

This morning not everyone is full of joy. To those who need joy I give this scripture; “So those who went off with heavy hearts will come home laughing, with armloads of blessing” (Psalms 126:6 Message). Your time is coming. For everyone that is waking up this morning to give thanks to God, give God your fresh praise and thanks this morning.

David came back into Jerusalem before the Ark of the Covenant dancing with all of his might. He had extreme worship, worship that said that he didn’t care who was watching as he danced and probably was singing as he entered Jerusalem.

This kind of worship is between us and our Father, but this worship spills out to others. This morning, worship the Lord with me, be thankful for His hands that never stop giving, never stop blessing. Honor God today, thank Him first, then think of others that you can call, text or email to say thank you for all that you mean to me.

Prayer:

Lord, I worship You this morning with praise, thanksgiving, in glory and honor to You and Your Holy name. Thank You is never enough to satisfy what I have in my heart and how I feel about Your love and sacrifice for me. Thank You seems to fall short, but I give You my heart and life afresh and anew this morning. All I am, all I have, I give You Lord. Let my worship this morning rise before You as a sweat smelling savor to You. In Your name Lord Jesus, I thank You, Amen!
