Above Our Circumstances

Habakkuk 3:19
“GOD, the Lord, is my strength; He makes my feet like the deer’s; He makes me tread on my high places…”

Habakkuk had learned to find his strength in God, not in his own resources or ability. The example of the deer running about on the high hills, never losing a step and never falling, only God can enable them to have that ability, they are full of life and joy.

When we run with hinds’ feet on our high places, treading “on the heights,” we live above our circumstances, we are not prey to our circumstances. I pray God gives us the grace, courage, and inner strength to reach our potential. We need to press on to attain new heights and experiences in new pathways.

I pray we keep our eyes on Jesus and not our circumstances.

Prayer:
Lord, give us the ability to navigate life skillfully. Help us to rise above the circumstances that we face in a daily bases. We give You the praise, the glory and the honor, for getting us through this life beautifully! In Your name Lord, Amen!
