If God Is For Us

Romans 8:31b

“…If God is for us, who can be against us? 

God watched You and I in the past and saw what we had in us. He saw how one day we would believe in Him, and His Son, and Holy Spirit. This great magnificent God was watching us before we were ever formed in our mother’s womb, and He saw our potential, and our resolve and that one day we would believe in His Son. He saw how we could be used in His Kingdom and He made a plan for us that at just the right time we would hear the Gospel and believe. The God that made the sun, moon, stars and the galaxies, took the time to set things up for us, and then empower us to be His sons and daughters. The Holy God has given us the power to be His representatives. Because of all of this, if God is for us, can anything worthwhile be against us?

Prayer:

Lord, we are strengthened and encouraged that You saw us as valuable, worthwhile, and well able for the work of the Lord. We are overwhelmed that You would take the time to bring us into Your family and to give us all things that we would bring glory and honor to Your name. We stand in awe of Your majesty. Amen!
