God’s Perfect Will
Romans 12:2 ESV
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
Paul lays out a perfect plan:
- Give God control of our whole lives, minds, hearts, spirits, and bodies (Romans 12:1).
- Stop falling into the world’s bad habits.
- Transform our way of thinking by allowing the wisdom, power and anointing of the Holy Spirit and the Word to set our minds into right thinking, God’s way of thinking.
- Seek and find the perfect will of God for our lives individually and collectively.
Using this pattern everyday will get us the perfect will of God for our lives. That will make life better for us and for those around us, they will see God working in us.
Prayer:
Father, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done in us today. Transform our minds, hearts, spirits to line up with Your Word! In Jesus name we ask, Amen!
