Isaiah 41:10-11 ESV
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God: I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Behold, all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded; those who strive against you shall be as nothing and shall perish.”
Divine protection: Although this promise was to Israel when they return to the Lord, take it for yourself and your family today as children of God.
First: “Fear not,” understand fear can stand in the way between you and God. Fear is a tool of the enemy and God says “Do not fear” hundreds of times in the Bible. Fear seperates and confuses, fear will stop you in your faith.
Second: don’t be dismayed because God has promised to be with you. Being dismayed means you have lost courage, your hope has dwindled, your strength is gone. God has promised; “I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” Trust Him for that deliverance.
Third: if you will not fear and instead trust God, God promises; “all who are incensed against you shall be put to shame and confounded;” and, “those who strive against you SHALL BE AS NOTHING and shall perish.”
Those little annoying things that seem to cause you so much grief and worry, God will take them away if you will not fear but trust Him. The big problems that are like a ball and chain around your neck, they SHALL BE AS NOTHING and perish.
Trust God, do not fear, do not loose courage, do not loose hope, God will rescue you and set you far above your. problems.
Prayer:
Father, life is a challenge, but I know the promises of Your word, If I fear I take my life I’m my own hands. If I look to You, wait for You, and trust You, You will deliver me and crush the enemy.
