Hebrews 4:15 ESV

“For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses,

but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin.”

Jesus came as God in man. Make no mistake, He is fully God, but He was also was fully man.

So, Jesus has first-hand experienced EVERYTHING that you are going through, and is offering you a way through with His help.
