“Guard Your Heart”
Proverbs 4:23 ESV
“Keep your heart with all vigilance,  for from it flow the springs of life.”

Guarding our hearts is accentual to living the Christian Life. Jesus said that from the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. (Luke 6:45) What we say not only reflects our heart, it also reflects our character and since we are Christians, what we say reflects the character of Christ.
