Psalms 27:3 ESV
“Though an army encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war arise against me, yet I will be confident.”

When I went to work this morning, I turned on the radio to hear the news. Let’s just say what I heard did not evoke any confidence in our world or worlds system.

I changed the channel to a Christian station and there were words of encouragement, Songs of praise and worship that brought honor to God, that gave me confidence, not in the world so to speak but confidence that no matter what comes my way as I give God control of my life and circumstances I have no need to fear or worry.

Prayer:
Father, though troubled times are rising, I look to You. I put my trust in You and not the things of this world that will soon pass away but You, Father God are forever my peace.
