Matthew 11:28 NLT
“Then Jesus said, ‘“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”‘

Jesus is speaking of religious rituals and regulations that made the people burdened down, but any burden that we have, I know our Savior will gladly lift it.
