2 Corinthians 4: 16-17 ESV

“So we do not lose heart. Though our outer self is wasting away, our inner self is being renewed day by day.  For this light momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison…”

Our flesh will fail as we get older and one day we will lay this body down. But our inner man (woman), the spirit, keeps abounding hour by hour and the more as we lean on God and adhere to His word! We are preparing for an eternal kingdom whose Builder and Maker is God!
