Proverbs 11:3 ESV

“The integrity of the upright guides them, but the crookedness of the treacherous destroys them.”

We have two paths in life, the narrow way that leads to life or the broad way that leads to destruction. We choose the narrow way because we know it is the right thing to do. But what guides us? Our integrity (strong moral principles) a force in us, empowered by God, that keeps us heading in the right direction. That integrity given by God, seperates us from the destructive patters of the world. Even though we will be tested and life will be tough at times, our integrity makes our paths smooth. It will put us in paths of righteousness that leads us by still waters.

Prayer:
Father, thank you for saving me from myself and from destructive patterns. Let the integrity that you have place in me guide my thoughts, words and deeds today!
