Nothing Can Seperate You From God’s Love

Romans 8:38-39 ESV
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

It was through love that God sent His Son Jesus Christ into this world to die for our sins. Reading these verses, it is as though God wants us to know that Jesus did not endure such harsh punishment as He did here on earth so that hardships may overpower us.

These verses reveal how God thinks about us. God has placed a high value on our lives, and nothing past, nothing present, nothing in the future, things visible, or invisible, dead or alive can pay the price to earn the right to destroy our lives or seperate us from the love of God. Jesus Christ died once and for all, He paid the price for our lives, and He is adamant that nothing will ever be able to separate us from Him and His love.

In our hard times, let’s keep our eyes upon the Lord and our faith in God knowing it is impossible to be separated from God’s love.

Father, thank you for loving me even when sometimes I feel unlovable.
