Casting All Our Cares

1 Peter 5:7 NKJV
“Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.”

It’s the devil’s job to make us believe that God doesn’t hear our prayers for help—it’s a lie, from the pits of hell. Never, ever believe that lie, never believe for a minute God doesn’t care.

In fact, according to this verse, God cares, and He is so concerned about us. He encourages us to bring all our troubles and cares before Him.

At times, we can become so preoccupied with what is going wrong in our lives that we forget that God is more than able to solve our problems. But in most instances, this is only possible when we bring our troubles in prayer before the Holy God.

Prayer:
Father, I don’t just give You my cares, I cast them off or throw them off. I’m tired of them being on my shoulders and I lay them at Your altar of mercy knowing You care for me.
