Psalms 18:1-2 ESV
“I love you, O Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,  my God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

God has and always will be our strength, stronghold (strong-hold) and deliverer. What He needs now is our devotion, love and admiration. Even when we were not thinking of God or asking anything of Him, He was there, still being faithful to us. Praise Him, tell Him you love Him and give Him more than just a few minutes of your time.
