Psalms 20:7-8 NLT
“Some nations boast of their chariots and horses, but we boast in the name of the Lord our God. Those nations will fall down and collapse, but we will rise up and stand firm.”

It is no wonder to me that Israel, even though they have fallen many times, they get back up and fight. God watches out over them with His mighty right hand. In the future, Israel once again will be surrounded and it’s enemies will try to annihilate them once again, but we will see God come to their rescue.

God has that same love for you and me. We may fall but we will never fall from His grace and mercy. Some nations rely on their strength, power and tactical equipment but those who trust in God will stand strong.

Our enemy boasts of strength, but our God created that foe to crush Him. Trust in God. The world measures success by titles possessions. We measure success by the way we trust in God!

Lord, without you I’m nothing on my own, but with You and in You I will rise!
