Psalms 23:4 ESV
“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” John said that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18).

The perfect love God has for you diminishes fear even in your darkest hour. If you believe that, then the next fearful thing you come up against, remember that God’s loving kindness, guidance (Shepherds staff) and protection (Shepherds rod) is what will carry you through. Fear not, God is by your side!
