Exalt the Lord

Psalms 33:3 ESV

“Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together!”

This morning not everything is perfect, but then, it doesn’t have to be. It is enough that we live in our Savior and He lives in us. It is enough that we are alive for a reason today, not just for ourselves, but hopefully for others as well. It is enough that we have and know well our redeemer and He has a plan for us today. I just pray that we live up to our Lord’s expectations for today.

We praise our Lord not just for what He has done for us,  but mostly for who He is to us. He is our Friend, our Lord, our Master, the one who sought us out when we were separated from Him.

He watched us through last night, He placed His hands on us and anointed us for this day. Why shouldn’t we praise Him, why shouldn’t we exalt His name together.

Prayer:

Lord, You are Holy, Righteous and True. You called us out by our names. Your reserved us for Yourself and You gave us eternal life. Today You have laid out a plan for our lives, I pray that we find Your perfect will for our lives today. I pray today that we walk in Your light, spreading Your love and joy. In Your name Lord Jesus, Amen!
