John 14:27 ESV

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you.  Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”

In a world that is troubled, conflicted, and in chaos, our only hope is Jesus. He gives peace in the middle of the storm, a voice of reason when much of the time we hear lies. His peace is not just an absence of conflict. His peace goes deep to the heart, soul and mind. His peace gives assurance that the future can hold good things for us.

Therefore, there is no need to fear, worry or be anxious. The Father has us in the palm of His hands, and Jesus is making a way where there seems to be no way.

Prayer:
Father, thank you for being our hope, our peace, and our source of love. I give you today, with all that it holds. No matter what comes my way today, I will trust in you, that you will give me the peace that will see me through safely.
