Matthew 25:40

“And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of theses my brothers, you did it to me.”

Two days after Palms Sunday Jesus goes up to the Mount of Olives and sits down with His disciples and gives them words to live by.  One of those messages can be found in Matthew 25:31-46; Jesus teaches to feed the hungry, give drink to the thirsty, minister to the sick and those in prison and to cloth those who have no clothes.  Was His teaching really about providing things? In part yes, but greater than that, we do what He has called us to do, we minister to Him when we meet people a their needs.
