Proverbs 3: 7-8 ESV
“Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil. It will be healing to your flesh and refreshment to your bones.”

This wisdom says; Humility, a reverence of God, a sense of awe, and holy fear of God and turning your back on evil is a good prescription for healing and refreshing.
