Be a Rock of Refuge for Me
Psalms 31:1-4 ESV
“In You, O Lord, do I take refuge; let me never be put to shame; in Your righteousness deliver me! Incline Your ear to me; rescue me speedily! Be a rock of refuge for me, a strong fortress to save me! For You are my rock and my fortress; and for Your name’s sake You lead me and guide me; You take me out of the net they have hidden for me, for You are my refuge.”
We have so much uncertainty these days, it truly is day by day. There is unrest in America, unrest in the eastern countries and especially with the Ukrainian people. They are devastated, displaced, and frighten beyond belief.
We pray for them and for the Christians that live in Ukraine, we pray for Christians around the world. We need to cry out to God but not in distress. We need to cry out to God for all that do not know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
We know what these end times will look like. We know we will see wars, strife, and unrest of every kind. These four verses will be our prayer, our hope and our peace in the weeks, months and years to come.
These days are signs of the time. The wars and rumors of wars, the great falling away, and the apostate of so many. I believe as things get worse, God’s Spirit will be drawing souls to Jesus and we will be the voices of God that will reap the harvest.
Prayer:
Father, as the days get darker, allow you Spirit in me to get brighter and do not let my voice be silent of telling Your ways.
