Exodus 15:26 ESV

“…If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and do that which is right in his eyes, and give ear to his commandments and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you that I put on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, your healer.”

This name of God is Jehovah Rapha- “The Lord That Heals” God promised Israel, if they would listen to God, do the things that pleased God, keep God’s laws, that He would be their Healer.

It was a promise for the nation of Israel as a whole, from the top leader down to the servant. But the sad thing is, Israel could not do these three things, so they were dominated and wiped out several times except a remnant. In short, they were sin sick. God wants to be your Jehovah Rapha too. Listen to Him, do what He says, obey His word.
