1 Peter 2:7 ESV

“So the honor is for you who believe, but for those who do not believe, The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone,”

Whether we choose to believe or disbelieve, Jesus is still the cornerstone. The foundation on which the law, prophets and salvation is built is on that Cornerstone.

For those who do not believe, their house is built on shifting sand and they will suffer loss. For those who do believe, their house is built on the Rock, the chief Cornerstone. Whatever storms that come in their lives, their house will stand true and strong and they will be honored for their commitment to Jesus.
