Matthew 5:19 ESV

“Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.”

I see one danger point in this passage: watering down the words of God to fit in our box. Too many times people take the scriptures out of context or use scriptures to make it mean what they want.

Then, there are two commands that come with a promise: The first command is to fulfill the word of God in every way. The second command is to teach others to do the same. The promise? If we fulfill both commands we will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. The reward will be beyond imagination but the greatest reward is pleasing God!
