Isaiah 11:1-2 Amp

“Then a Shoot (the Messiah) will spring from the stock of Jesse [David’s father], And a Branch from his roots will bear fruit. And the Spirit of the Lord will rest on Him— The Spirit of wisdom and understanding, The Spirit of counsel and strength, The Spirit of knowledge and of the [reverential and obedient] fear of the Lord-“

Good news:
What the Messiah brought into this world is what He gives to you and me if we will give Him our whole heart: The Spirit of wisdom, the Spirit understanding, the Spirit of counsel. The Spirit if strength. The Spirit of knowledge and reverential and obedient fear of the Lord

This is what is needed in this world of degradation, a fresh wind and a people that can act responsibly. In the Spirit of the Messiah!
