Psalms 71:4-5 ESV

“Rescue me, O my God, from the hand of the wicked, from the grasp of the unjust and cruel man. For you, O Lord, are my hope, my trust, O Lord, from my youth.”

In the midst of a world where evil exists at ever juncture, the only real hope we have is in the Lord. Hope and trust toward the Lord are essential actions!

I gave my heart to the Lord when I was 11. The next few years were specifically troubling for me spiritually. But my one constant through those years was the Lord. No matter what Satan threw at me, at such a young age, I was always able to run to the Rock, and trust in the Savior.
